Client Support Advisor Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and effectively process written and phone enquiries, providing highquality service to all.
  • The use of our bespoke systems, servicespecific knowledge and communication skills
  • Demonstrate quality teamwork and a positive attitude.
  • Consistently achieve team and individual KPI's.

Client Support Advisor Requirements include:

  • Proven experience with a Customer service role, providing high levels of service
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work positively within a team, along with using own initiative to get tasks completed
  • Someone that loves a challenge and enjoys taking on new situations
