Description

To execute, support and assist general administrative and customer care duties ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office.

Prepare and produce client information.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To analyse, balance and maintain statistical information
  • To ensure electronically transferred information is current, filed, traceable and retrievable
  • To action price comparisons as directed
  • To conduct telephone surveys/questionnaires, as directed (Ring rounds)
  • Supply support services to the external sales force by administration maintenance
  • Operate a customer services support function
  • To execute any reasonable administrative task as requested by the Head of Finance

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • End Point Assessment

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Previous employees have moved through the admin department into office supervisor and sales roles.

Annual wage
£12,772

Salary will be between £12,772 - £19, £ £ £ £369.37


Working week
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Total hours per week: 37.5 hours a week
