Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a marketing assistant with Bauvill, a modern construction based in Rochester.

We are looking for an Apprentice Marketing Assistant to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager at our head office on Medway City Estate in Rochester.

This exciting role comes with great opportunities to learn and develop in the dynamic world of construction marketing.

From creating bespoke branded content to delivering annual charity events and initiatives, this role covers all aspects of modern-day marketing.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Support the Marketing Manager to ensure the Bauvill brand and its divisions are being effectively promoted through all online and offline channels.
Assist with capturing the lifecycle of our construction projects through photography, video and time lapse.
Design/creation of branded collateral and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Managing and updating our social media channels with new and engaging content. Growing our social media channels to build a community of engaged followers.
Ongoing website management, updating with new content.
Helping to organise Bauvill hosted events including our annual gala ball, golf day and various trade shows.
Leverage community initiatives and local sponsorships to elevate the Bauvill brand.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

Skills Required:

Media/social media/computing savvy.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Creative thinking.
Positive attitude.
Excellent attention to detail.
An outgoing personality.
A selfstarter.
Valid Drivers license.

Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
Execute multichannel digital campaigns using online platforms.
Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
