About the Role
- The Strategy Lead – UK works closely with senior leadership to define structure drive BJAK's most critical strategic initiatives in the UK market This role sits between strategy execution ensuring priorities are clear initiatives are well-structured execution stays aligned with business objectives The Strategy Lead focuses on problem framing planning execution tracking decision support helping leadership move faster make better decisions This role suits someone who can think like a founder work across functions take ownership of high-impact initiatives end-to-end
