The Trust serves a diverse area namely: Bedfordshire and Luton and East London (Newham, City and Hackney and Tower Hamlets). The areas served by the Trust are the most culturally diverse and deprived areas in England and therefore provide significant challenges for the provision of mental health services.

Embedded into the multidisciplinary team, the service actively seeks innovative ways of improving services. The strategic aim for the service is to increase clinical pharmacy time on the wards. This has already been partly achieved by technician lead dispensaries in East London.

You must be able to show compassion and respect for people with mental health problems and be driven to improve their care through medicines management.

Our values are:
We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations
