I am working with a high-growth fintech start-up who are searching for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the team.
Working within the Onboarding team, you will be providing guidance and advice assisting their key clients to get onboarded onto the platformas quickly and effectively as possible.
Strong client facing exposure is needed. You need to have strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, web developers, and database administrators).You will manage the full client lifecycle and deliver exceptional experiences.
Key skills needed:

- Data Wrangling and Validation skills
- Good presentation and organisation
- Great at building rapports

- Manage onboarding lifecycle
- Management of PoC's for prospective clients
- Project Management
- Reporting
A nice extra:
- Experience with ETL processes
- Technical exposure to ERP or Financial Systems
- Data Cleaning skills
- Knowledge of Python
