We have a great opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to work at our Head Office in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.

You will be responsible for a range of responsibilities that are principally focussed around providing pro-active and financial based support for the commercial activities of the business.

This includes ensuring integrity of contract reporting and business and financial controls.


About you:


  • Qualified accountant
  • Relevant Post Qualification experience beneficial
  • Graduate with at least 2.1 degree
  • Strong communicator able to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the business
  • Understanding / Ability to gain understanding of Construction and Rail specific terminology / standards
  • Ability to work under pressure with a logical approach to planning and prioritising to produce accurate time critical information at an appropriate level of detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
