Our Client offering an opportunity to join their team as an Event Sales Coordinator which will be a pivotal role in the company's expansion for their Newcastle Central Location.

Main Responsibilities

What Will the Role Involve?

Event Booking

  • Contacting event sites;
  • Arranging bookings;
  • Monitoring the booking schedule;
  • Accurate record keeping;
  • Assessing budgets for paid sites;
  • Updating clients on bookings.
Growing an Events Database

  • Researching suitable stores and events;
  • Maintaining a constant supply of events to the office;
  • Updating the database daily;
  • Tracking site and campaign performance.
Business Development and Sales

  • Building relationships with site managers;
  • Site visits;
  • Attending meetings with site managers where necessary.
Could It Be You?

You will have some events or sales experience either in person or over the phone and be a positive influence on others

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
