Fleet Account Manager

  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)
  • Salary £29,000 + bonus
  • Near Epsom, Surrey (due to location own transport is beneficial)

Key responsibilities:


  • Coordination of Localisation fleet orders for specific customers to ensure a smooth handover, systems input and administrative support, commercial, Network and internal relationships.
  • Manage Fleet relationship with commercial and Network partners.
  • Coordinate across departments, to ensure departmental service levels are delivered effectively and accurately.
  • To check availability of vehicles, reserving and ordering of Fleet vehicles.
  • Be able to provide prompt and accurate responses to the Customers, ensuring that you fulfil their requirements from the initial contact all the way through to handover
  • Administrative responsibilities, in conjunction with the Fleet Support & Supply
To provide a 'Help Desk' function to support customers, the Regional team and the Network,


Skills & Experience:


  • Be customer focused with experience of a Customer facing role
  • A proven commercial mind set and proactive approach
  • Selfmotivated with good time management skills
  • An individual who strives for outstanding results and professionalism
  • Experience of vehicle supply experience or knowledge of fleet sales is highly desirable.
