We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join this award-winning branding and packaging agency in London.

This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Account Director with a branding background to play an important role in project delivery forsome really exciting fmcg brands, both national and international.

What you'll be doing:

As Account Director you will be managing client accounts and taking appropriate and timely action to ensure expected outcomes are met.
Taking the lead on a wide variety of branding and packaging projects, writing briefs, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
Leading a team of Account Managers, developing and coaching them to excel in their roles.
Building and nurturing key client relationships, as well as leading new business pitches and establishing relationships with potential clients.

What experience you'll need:

Demonstrated experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within a marketing agency setting, with experience briefing creative and manging packaging and branding projects.
Proven commercial and strategic skills to ensure client accounts are managed successfully, and opportunities are maximised.
Leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously whilst developing a team and questioning and challenging when needed.
