Cambridgeshire - Team Leader Production - Salary £23-25k - Technology
My client are leaders in the manufacturing, production & technology industry.

The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands of the tech industry and are looking for a Team Leader Production.


Main Duties:


  • Lead a team ensuring that its members are fully skilled to meet their work objectives productively and safely
  • To ensure that daily production and quality targets are met
  • Undertake the responsibilities of a Production Operator when required to meet output
  • Effectively managing both team and individual performance, addressing any issues as they arise, in line with HR policy
  • People issues/processes/equipment dealt with efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain and update production and quality performance indicators
  • To effectively communicate and report on KPI's to both direct team and Shift Supervisor
  • To ensure that all operators within the team are fully trained on all processes
  • Manage and monitor Holiday and Absence in line with HR policy
  • Ensure consistently high levels of 5S within the work area

Key Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience within a production type role, preferably within a team leader/supervisor role
  • Experience working within a production environment
**The salary for the position is £23-25k depending on experience.
