About the role


The University of Suffolk is looking for research active, teaching passionate scholar to join the School of Social Sciences and Humanities and help drive our vision for being a leading centre for excellence and innovation in the field of Social Work.

This exciting opportunity is offered as a Senior Lecturer role, on a full-time permanent basis.

About you


The successful applicant should also have a research plan around publications that will contribute to our next REF submission as well as an ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Whilst not required, further desired characteristics include holding a PhD or professional doctorate qualification as well as teaching fellowship with the HEA.

Alternatively, extensive professional practice experience will be considered with a commitment towards achieving these qualifications and publishing.
