Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect - Bath | Hybrid - £65,000 - £75,000

I'm working with a successful Education firm based in Bath who are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to join their team of 40+ IT professionals.

The company has been in the Education Sector for the past 12 years, providing innovativesolutions to enable students to achieve their full potential, always striving to make a positive impact in the education space.

As a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality solutions based on MicrosoftDynamics CRM and ERP systems as well as working with internal stakeholders to ensure systems are bespoke and future-proof.


Key Skills:


  • At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP and other related technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of the functional and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations modules.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions based on the business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
