We are an award-winning, small tourism company, based in the heart of bustling London. We are growing fast, and making waves in the London tourism scene.

Our guided bike tours, in 8 different languages, are enjoyed by tens of thousands of happy tourists from all over the world each year.

We also have London's largest fleet of privately owned rental bikes.

We are not your typical 9-5.

We all support each other closely and learn the ins and outs of operations, meaning working with us is a great social and team experience, as long as you are around when it's busy You must be available to work every weekend during our high season.

About the role we have available:

We are looking for a new Hhire Centre Receptionist / Administrator to join our team, acting as an assistant to the Operations Manager, backing him up with rostered support in Administration, Operations and Customer Service.

You'll also be inducted into some other functions of the business such as Sales and Marketing and Account Management, depending on your personal qualities, strengths and interests.

About You
We are looking for somebody who has commercial and organisational experience.

• Excellent spoken and written English (Other languages an advantage)

What we offer
Pay structure conforms to the London Living Wage,. Somebody with extra skills and experience may be considered for a higher rate. You must be available to work weekends. We would be looking to start the role ASAP. Paid training will be provided.

Being in a small seasonal company is different to the corporate world. It suits creative people who enjoy different challenges and experiences.

The busyness of Summer and Weekends is offset by a more relaxing Winter and the flexibility to pursue family or other interests around a schedule that is more tailorable than the usual 9-5.
