About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Auditor with a strong background in accounting, finance, and audit, as well as experience working in a
PRACTICE setting.

This position will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements, compliance with regulations, and internal controls

Responsibilities:

Work in the Advisory Team.
Interact with and manage clients. Client facing role immediately meeting with companies over $200 million in revenue, providing and learning audit advice.
Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, transactions, and internal controls to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to best practices.
Analyze accounting systems and processes to recommend improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare detailed audit reports and findings, communicating results to stakeholders and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including accounting and finance departments, to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to maintain expertise in audit methodologies and practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
ACCA or ACA qualification is preferred, or qualified by experience

2 years+ of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in UK Public Practice

Must possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
