Role and Responsibilities:

Dealing with customers on the phone, handling sales, returns and delivery enquiries.
Building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Feeding customer issues back into products to reduce repeat problems.
Answering questions about a company's products or services.
Delivering information about a company's offerings.
