Position Overview:


We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Assistant / Project Coordinator to support the Managing Director and oversee projects across multiple companies.

  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director by providing reliable support

Summary of roles;

  • Administrative support of daily tasks to Managing Director
  • Assist with management and oversight of business projects
  • Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
  • Producing timelines and reviews of projects
  • Researching new business ventures or projects
  • Market research of competitors including pricing, design, locations etc
  • Liaise with company managers and wider management teams on behalf of Managing Director
  • Helping prepare for meetings with design team, planners, contractors etc
  • Writing up minutes from meetings
  • Complete recruitment reports, benchmarking and identify best practise for staff recruitment and retention

Qualifications and experience:


  • A bachelor's degree in an analytical/quantitative field. Such as business, finance, math, or science related field
  • Experience in business sector admirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good data analysis skills are essential for success in this position.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
