Are you a confident Customer Service Advisor looking for a new challenge? We are working closely with a growing charity based in the Kent area to help grow their team.

This is a hybrid role (after probation) with office visits expected 3 days per week. The role is currently a 12M FTC with a view to go permanent after this time.


Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • 50% Phone based and 50% Admin based
  • Updating customer accounts with relevant changes
  • Opening customer accounts
  • Closing customer accounts
  • First point of contact for calls, directing them to the relevant departments
  • Taking an average of 28 calls per day on the phone based days

Key Skills for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Experience within an office based Customer Service role
  • Ideally from a banking or financial services background
  • Clear communication
  • Excellent telephone manner
