The role requires initiative, flexibility, tenacity, and a high level of dedication, to ensure the appropriate level of proactive coordinative support is provided across a broad spectrum of tasks to provide proficient and professional support.
As an effective communicator you are able to rapidly forge collaborative working relationships, you can confidently organise, plan, and prioritise across many tasks at once, ensuring key deadlines are met and clearly communicate with colleague's progress and outcomes.
You will be a self-motivated, dependable individual who is able to work effectively with mínimal supervision and can quickly learn to pre-empt the needs of the Director and their direct reports.
A deep working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential and knowledge of construction would be advantageous.
The Role
This role is primarily responsible for carrying out all administrative duties and coordination support to the Construction Department in order to help deliver the key milestone dates to agreed time, budget, and quality of design.
- maintaining diaries, for arranging meetings and appointments
- responsible for obtaining and collating accurate information required for reports
- maintain standards and consistency by keeping up to date and operating within the latest defined standard specifications, using the approved documentation, process, systems, and source information to ensure consistent and effective performance
This is a hybrid role with up to 3 to 4 days a week working from our Southern Divisional Head Office in Ringwood.

Your Attributes
You will have:
- Ideally educated to first degree level or equivalent.
- GCSE level English and Mathematics (A-C).
- Secretarial qualifications to include advanced typing skills
You will bring:

- Personally accountable a high achieving, targetdriven and selfmotivated individual who can make things happen.
- Approachable and dependable able to rapidly forge effective and collaborative working relationship with others, both internal and external.
- Good negotiation, influencing and communication skills across all levels of organisation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
