You'll be a qualified or part-qualified accountant or qualified by experience within practice. You'll also be a self-starter with a natural talent for inspiring those around you. Good communication skills will be essential, and you'll have the ability toconfidently lead a client-facing role.

Job Purpose

Preparation and review of management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
Preparation and review of reconciliation of VAT Returns.
Preparation and review of reconciliation of control accounts.
Preparation and review of budgets, cashflows and financial forecasts.
Provide detailed analysis for Partners to review before client meetings.
Deliver valued input on the financial goals and performance of the business.
Travel from time to time to client premises.
Build trusted and longlasting relationships with clients.
Support Managers and Partners with ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

ACCA, ACA or CA qualified or part qualified with previous experience in a similar role.
Qualified by experience within practice would also be considered.
Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Selfmotivated and highly organised.
A team player able to bring out the best in others.
Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
