Welcome to Proper Home Care. We provide support services to vulnerable and elderly adults within and around the Dudley area.

We are passionate about the work we do and only want to provide support services that we ourselves would expect for our loved ones.

If you share that passion for supporting others to live an enriched life then we would love for you to join our friendly team.

We are looking to recruit part and full time Care Workers.

No experience or qualifications are required to start with us, a full induction and training programme is in place and we also offer opportunities to further develop your skills along your journey with us.

Our main aim at Proper Home Care is to help our Individuals maintain their independence at home by supporting with a variety of tasks including:

Personal care, continence care and medication administration
Washing & Bathing
Grocery shopping
Helping to get dressed
Domestic chores
Making someone a cup of tea, preparing a meal or having a chat because you might be the only person they see that day.
Accompanying to appointments
Helping with mobility such as with the stairs or getting into bed

Our carers love what they do, its not just about providing practical support it is about emotional support and companionship too.

Some of our Individuals may not have any family and knowing they will have a friendly member of our team to see and talk too every day is extremely important.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.50-£16.00 per hour
