Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a L500, Top Tier Department based in Kent.
The Firm

Our client has an exceptional reputation, with multiple Legal 500 recognised departments firm wide.

The Private Client team itself have established themselves as market-leading in the area and is led by a L500 and Chambers HNW recognised Partner, with whom the new hire will work alongside.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a highly reputable firm, who place huge emphasis on promoting a friendly and flexible working environment, without compromising on quality of work.

The role would suit an ambitious Solicitor who is keen to take on a pivotal role in the growth of the firms Private Client offering in Kent and in the setup of the firms Private Client team as a whole.

The role will involve maintaining a full caseload of:

Preparing wills (both standard and complex)
Undertaking tax planning along with wills and estate planning
Conducting estate administration
Creating and administrating trusts
Undertaking court of protection and powers of attorney work (including elderly client matters)

Requirements:

Experience commensurate to that of 7 + years PQE
Proven experience and knowledge in all private client areas
Have a desire to be involved in the firms' future growth plans and to expand their client base
Have excellent communication and client service skills
