The
Corporate Accounts Executive role reports to the Corporate Accounts Director.

The role responds to and develops prospects with the aim of maximising sales and profitability of fleet vehicles and provides administrative support to the Corporate Accounts Director, ensuring efficient processing of enquiries and maintaining good working relationships with our corporate and leasing partners.


Your day


As a Corporate Accounts Executive you will be the focal point for customers requiring advice, servicing, and repairs to their vehicles.

You will also manage the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, always delivering excellent customer service.


Your day will include:

  • Act as link between the corporate sales team, group customers and manufactures
  • Produce weekly reports including corporate sales report, prospecting activity report and Snows Direct sales activity
  • Act as liaison between Snows Direct and the CM/ FM / GMs to ensure a weekly plan of posts, taking responsibility for ensuring they are live.
  • Assist with the implementation of the Snows Corporate Brand Strategy
  • Prospecting activity to increase the groups customer database
  • Liaise with customer and manufacturer accounts teams to ensure accurate debt control for all brands, including vehicle debt and manufacturer bonuses.
  • Carry out monthly catchup calls with the top 20 key accounts and produce an activity report for the Corporate Sales Teams.
  • Work in conjunction with the Corporate Marketing Team to appraise of all breaking news, monitoring coverage throughout the day, daily finance offers
  • Liaise with the manufacturers to obtain customer support terms.
  • Collate relevant information for tender submissions for any new tender customer and complete the service agreement in a timely manner.
  • Promoting and maintaining positive people relations across the group.
  • To manage the Lease Link relationship, maintaining timely manner availability requests, reply to enquires, updating orders and confirming deliveries for our leasing companies.
  • To establish and maintain a good working relationship with our leasing partners and corporate end users. Been the link between leasing companies and dealerships

Have you got what it takes?

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
  • Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
  • Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
  • Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
  • PC/ Web literate.
  • Full clean driving licence.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch)
