Responsibilities:


  • Handle membership inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Engage with members to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and provide personalized assistance accordingly.
  • Assist in the renewal process of memberships, actively engaging with members to encourage timely renewals and addressing any renewalrelated queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and membership renewal process.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment in customer interactions.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer service scripts, FAQs, and communication templates.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of PlayMoreGolf's membership offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide periodic reports on membership renewal rates and customer feedback to support decisionmaking.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to empathize with customers and actively listen to their concerns while maintaining a positive and solutionoriented attitude.
  • Effective problemsolving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and find appropriate resolutions.
  • Detailoriented and organized, capable of managing administrative tasks and documentation accurately.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, with a commitment to meeting performance targets and deadlines.
  • Passion for golf and an understanding of golf club memberships is a plus.

£24,000.00 per year
