Job Title:
Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Hours of Work: 37 hours available

Job purpose:

To provide a customer focused, effective and efficient Tenancy Management Service that helps people to sustain the right tenancy agreement, for the right home, at the right price.

Support the tenancy services team in achieving tenancy sustainment through appropriate allocation of the Association's properties, early intervention, pro-actively undertaking routine inspections, providing relevant support and advice to tenants to aid income maximisation and avoid adverse situations escalating and, where necessary, consistent and wide-ranging enforcement of tenancy conditions.
