EAC are proud to be working in partnership with a hugely successful independent Estate Agency firm within the Milton Keynes area on the look out to recruit a Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to their team.

You will be working within the Sales teamand will have full Training & Development.

The Role:

Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator


On Offer:


  • Basic salary £18,000
  • OTE approximately £35,000

Duties for a Trainee Estate Agent:

  • Learning the Estate Agency / Property Field and learning Sales regulations
  • Training on how to be an effective Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent
  • Negotiating with Tenants and Landlords
  • Viewing prospective properties with Tenants
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing excellent Customer Service for all Sales
  • Keeping all administration relating to Clients and Sales up to date
  • Managing relationships throughout the Sales process
  • Becoming an established knowledgeable Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)

The ideal Estate Agent:


  • Passionate about moving into or continuing a career as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator
  • Previous Property, Estate Agency, Sales or Customer Service experience would be ideal
  • Confidence in your ability to sell
  • Driving licence and access to your own Car
  • Preferably living in or local to Milton Keynes
