Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000

The Company:

We are working with an established insurance broker who are looking for a Team Administrator to join their Insurance team in Twickenham

The Role:

To provide comprehensive administrative support and secretarial telephone answering support to the firm and nominated individuals, always maintaining confidentiality.

To provide support to the wider Insurance department contributing to the effective runningof the team and in the delivery of first-class service to our customers, leading towards supporting the delivery of the Business Plan.

You will be providing administration support to the team including processing of documents, reports and general use of office based packages.

On behalf of MD and Deputy, ensure absences and team holidays are logged on in-house systems such as People HR and Construction diary

The Required Skills:

Insurance experience is not essential and other administration experience will be considered

Strong IT, Customer service and Time Management skills

Good interpersonal and rapport-building skills

A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a team and individually
