Description

My client, founded over 60 years ago is one of the largest privately owned property development companies in the UK.

The Group retains a substantial portfolio of commercial properties throughout the UK and Internationally has put its considerable expertiseinto leisure, residential and commercial developments in the UK and overseas.

Support the Group Team in ensuring that the company annual statutory accounts are produced accurately and filed on time
Ensure company management accounts are produced accurately and on time each period
Assist Financial & Management Accountant in preparation of Tax Pack and Statutory Reporting
Supporting Senior Management Accountant and Financial Controller in preparation of the audit.
Support the budgeting process to include drafting Balance Sheet and Cashflow budgets.
Assist the Financial & Management Accountant completing the annual consolidated Group Reporting pack for audit.
Maintain a strong understanding of financial reporting requirements under IFRS.
Produce journals for inclusion in the management accounts every 4weekly period
Provide the management of the business with accurate and relevant financial information as and when requested, and/or through selfinvestigation and analysis
Develop close working relations with key peers in the business to ensure information is shared in a timely manner for financial reporting requirements
Assist with daily sales reporting & weekly Dashboard
