£45,000 Basic, £60,000 OTE + Excellent Benefits.


Managing an internal sales team, this role requires a natural leader - Someone that can motivate, inspire and mentor others.

This small but growing team are incharge of finding their own leads as well as taking warms leads from the marketing manager.

As a Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management, retention, training and growth of the existing internalsales teams.

You will be a natural leader, the type of individual that leads by example and be an inspirational and energetic individual whom the team will instinctively react and aspire to.


Above all, you will be an achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role.

You will be a consummate professional who is well-presented and possessessuperb written and verbal communication skills.
