POSITION OVERVIEW
Completed a working holiday visa abroad? Taken part in an internship abroad? Or even been on a volunteering programme? Then this is the perfect job for you
Working directly with the sales team you will be responsible for engaging with customers enquiring about programmes and attending events.
WHAT YOU'RE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Increasing the number of participants on programmes
- Scheduling followup calls and inputting data
- Providing informative and friendly advice to potential members
- Meet and exceed personal objectives, including sales, revenue, conversion, and productivity targets
- Always offer first class customer service
- Arrange predeparture calls with customers to ensure they are ready for their trip
- Organise video appointments with potential leads
- Sell attachments such as insurance / tours
- Attend events to represent
OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS
- Commitment to and involvement in overall company objectives
- A willingness to develop knowledge and understanding of all BUNA programmes and contribute towards other business area operations when required.
- A willingness to work within a structured office routine as well as the ability to accept variation from this routine when necessary.
- Attend and actively participate in regular team and 1:1 meetings
POSITION DETAILS

CONTRACT TYPE:
Full Time - Permanent
SALARY: 20-25k
BASE: 5 Richbell Place, Holborn (London). Work form home possible but must be able to access London regularly
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week. Usually Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30 PM with some flexibility
IDEALLY YOU WILL:
- Excellent communications skills
- Good word and excel skills are essential
- Good organisational skills and a good track record of being a team player
- Actively uses all opportunities to gain contacts and build customer base
- Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
- Able to maintain motivation when working alone and within a team
- Ability to plan current and future workloads, well organised, methodical & accurate & time management
