Associate Director | FMCG, Retail & Fitness Clients

London with hybrid working any 2 days a week in the office.


We're looking for a Quantitative Associate Director to join the Life & Style (clients include fmcg, retail and fitness) team of a respected, MRS award-winning, strategic research agency.


THE CLIENT:


  • An international business with 6 offices across Europe, North America and Asia.
  • They have an amazingly talented team of welltrained researchers, ex planners and clientside insight people.
  • They're well known the industry for going 'above and beyond' other research agencies with strategic recommendations.

THE ROLE:

This role sits in the 'Quantitative Consumer Team' with the likes of L'Oreal, Ralph Lauren, Peloton & Tesco.

You'll work end to end on ad hoc and tracking projects, tracking will make up no more than 30% of your time.

Ad hoc projects are hugely varied ranging from segmentation to pricing to concept testing to UX to shopper insight to brand positioning research.


Projects are multidisciplinary so you'll work closely with qual colleagues, spanning UK and international markets using a mix of traditional and digital approaches.

The focus of this agency is strategic recommendations and advice that make a difference to their clients


SKILLS:

- c.6 years' of quantitative market research experience.

  • Ability to make data sing and build strategic recommendations clients can use.
  • An interest in all things FMCG, Retail, Fitness and Fashion.
  • Able to lead teams, lead pitches and write proposals.
