REED Qualified Social Work are delighted to be working alongside a client in Somerset as such we are looking to recruit multiple qualified adults Social Workers to join an Adults Hospital Assessment Project.
Role + Pay - Primarily working in a hospital based role to complete Discharge to Assess assessments/reviews on service users with a view to discharging.
Please note you MUST be a registered Social Worker to apply
