Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage the purchase ledger for the business, ensuring that all invoices are recorded accurately in the accounting system and paid on time.
- Assist with the calculation and production of service charges for tenants and leaseholders.
- Assist with other accoutancy functions in the business as required.
- Oversee the business systems and assist other staff in using them.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with the production of Board papers and other governance matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar role
- Experience in accounting and bookkeeping, particularly purchase ledger.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of IT systems and procedures
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£18.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
