Water Flusher

Location:
High Wycombe HP11 2TT and Aylesbury HP21 8AL

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday between, 9-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Pay:
£12.45 per hour

What you'll be responsible for:

Water flushers required to go around the hospital running taps, flushing toilet to ensure that there is continuous flow of water.
Looking at the conditions of the taps and recording defect/faulty taps on the tablet and updating the database.
Liaise with Estates Supervisor/Team Leader to request the supply of goods and/or services, as necessary.
Undertake and assist with essential works and general maintenance activities at the request of the Estates Supervisor/Charge hand.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above._

You'll have the following skills/experience:

Excellent communication skills

- both verbal and written

Microsoft office skills
Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
