R&D Project Manager - Battery Technologies - Silverstone w/hybrid (2 days onsite).

Due to continued growth a Silverstone based business are looking to add a R&D Project Manager to their expanding team.

The role is paying £45,000-£55,000 p/a depending on experience, potentially higher for the right person. Hybrid working (2 days onsite) is available.

They are looking for someone with ambition and innovation to work with Engineers and Technical Leads, in a well-equipped and creative environment, ensuring projects are achieved with speed and consistency.

You will regularly present to both senior leadershipand clients, acting as the bridge between the Engineering and Commercial teams.

R&D Project Manager Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of industry experience, ideally in a R&D environment.
Definitive end to end project management and clear demonstration of planning and progress.
Coordination of project teams and key stakeholders, including Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process methods, Configuration and Programme Management.
Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders.
Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Demonstrated exposure to high risk, highvalue problems with proof of delivery on complex and challenging projects.
Good grasp of commercial requirements for projects with the ability to quote for new projects.
The ability to be able to pitch ideas and present them to clients and customers.

Desirable:
