Year 6 Teaching Assistant


Are you passionate about supporting children's educational journey? Now Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in Year 6 in a vibrant and supportive mainstream primary school in Bradford BD6.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal development of students in their crucial final year of primary education.

This role is to start immediately.


Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide essential classroom support to the Year 6 teacher, assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
  • Engage with students on an individual and group basis to reinforce learning objectives and promote academic progress.
  • Assist in the implementation of tailored learning strategies, ensuring inclusivity and support for diverse student needs.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with the teaching staff and school administration to uphold educational standards and goals.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:


  • Experience working with primary schoolaged children, preferably in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Education or Childcare are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both students and staff.
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and fostering a positive educational environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to contribute dynamically within a school setting.

Job Types:

Salary:
£80.00-£90.00 per day
