Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with customers in English to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all customer interactions
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Skills:


  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience with upselling techniques is preferred
  • Proficient in data entry with high accuracy

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,002.92 per year
