We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in English to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with upselling techniques is preferred
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy

From £25,002.92 per year
