Description

This is a truly exciting time to be part of the Simplyhealth journey, a time when we can really help people across the UK get access to the healthcare they need.

Alongside this, Simplyhealth is going through a period of change from a functional structure to one that is product-led, putting our customers and their needs at the heart of all decisions.

The Head of Data Analytics and Insight is a key leadership role as part of this transformation.

You'll drive the data strategy and lead the delivery of reporting, analytics and customer insights across the business to create informed, data led decision making.

Reporting to our Chief Product and Commercial Officer, the Head of Data Analytics and Insight will lead a high performing data and insights team.

Adopting best practice in agile working methodologies, you'll ensure the teams backlog is prioritised to add the most value to the business while ensuring critical reporting needs are met and regulatory compliance is adhered to.

As a data visionary, you'll work closely with business leadership and SMEs, providing guidance and steering.

you'll use your knowledge of customer and computer insights to help the business understand products, propositions, opportunities and track customer behaviours and feedback via quantitative and qualitative measures.

You'll influence our senior leaders to make better data led decisions, building confidence in how data can be a differentiator in the emerging product marketplace, and you'll build compelling business cases to invest further in our data technology stack and analytics capabilities

Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, vision and direction in creating and delivering Simplyhealth's data strategy
  • Lead on our understanding of our customers by tracking customer journeys, interactions feedback and satisfaction
  • Design and undertake customer segmentation to create actionable product led insights

We're interested in what you do and how you do things, not when and where you do them. Our 'smart working' approach gives you the best of all worlds - working from home, in our modern offices in Hampshire or on the move. This means depending on your role, there will be opportunities to flex when and where you spend your time to perform at your very best. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more. You might know it as flexible or hybrid working, for us it's just another day living our best lives

With a commercial mindset you'll see data as a valuable asset, and you'll be passionate about delivering data services and transforming existing processes to inform decision making to help us achieve our purpose of improving healthcare to all.
