Insolvency Litigation Solicitor - Birmingham - £80,000 - £120,000

A market leading litigation funder which is developing a successful niche within this fast growing area is looking to expand both in London and nationally, and would like to hire a senior insolvency litigation solicitor to cover the Midlands.

You will be remotelybased but will be joining an established team of in-house lawyers based in London and throughout the UK.

You will ideally be an insolvency litigation solicitor with around years PQE in commercial litigation or pure insolvency litigation and will have an established presence and knowledge within the local insolvency market.

It would be advantageous if youare a member of R3 and/or other prominent groups within the insolvency and litigation market.

A high level of technical expertise is required along with experience that will include pre-acquisition case due diligence, offer structuring and management.

You should have an interest and experience of marketing and business development with both insolvencypractitioners and fellow solicitors.

This is a brand new role and as part of a growing in-house legal team you will be able to show good commercial acumen, numeracy, project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
