Digital Analytics Manager / Senior Digital Analyst/ Mobile Analytics Manager / Digital Analytics Expert / Mobile Growth Manager / Digital Analytics Product Manager / Head of Digital Analytics / Senior Web Analyst / CRO / Optimisation

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop _& deliver_ both a portfolio and business unit specific mobile growth strategy in terms of customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty
  • Develop & _deliver_ a measurement and maturity framework to demonstrate progress both commercially and in terms of maturity
  • Partner with our colleagues in product, trading, content, marketing automation, data, performance marketing across the organisation, in order to deliver profitable growth from mobile and to elevate the mobile growth agenda across the group
  • Cascade innovations in mobile as well as ensure compliance with all local and global data privacy requirements
  • Design, build, and optimise a mobile measuremenent framework and set of dashboards visualising baseline mobile performance, ROI, growth and maturity progress
  • Collaborate with our colleagues in performance marketing to ensure improvement in ASO rankings, as well as delivering initatives with significantly improved ROI

Skills & Experience

  • Successful ASO experience within the major app stores
  • Prior experience of working with Apple and Google to understand the mobile landscape, latest innovations and ensuring Appstore standards are met, ensuring compliance with global and regional data privacy requirements
  • Extensive experience of working in an agile, fast paced environment with experience of taking an OKR (Objectives & key results led approach
  • Working knowledge of performance marketing channels including paid search, organic search, display advertising, affiliate marketing
  • Experience of designing and implementing a mobile growth measurement framework demonstrating ROI and contribution to other channels
