Social Worker - £36,282 - £40,146 per annum based on a 36 hour working week

Senior Social Worker - £41,127 - £45,519 per annum based on a 36 hour working week

Our Ashford & St Peter's Hospital team (based in Chertsey):We are a welcoming, committed and high performing team working in close partnership with our health colleagues to ensure safe transfers home from hospital using a strength-baseddischarge to assess model. It's a fast-paced, demanding and inspirational environment. Everyday your creativity, compassion and problem-solving skills will be needed to support those in crisis. Our Frimley Park Hospital team (based in Frimley):Frimley Park is a busy acute hospital. The Hospital Social Work Team is a dynamic and fast-paced team comprising of Social Workers and Social Care Assistants that work with multiple professionalsto ensure the safe discharge and follow up care. The diverse team are committed to making a positive difference for our residents. In return we will provide you with the training, excellent supervision and development opportunities to progress your career.
Flexible working arrangements can be accommodated and those wishing to work weekends would be welcomed.


Please note we also have vacancies on offer within our locality teams based in Ashford, Addlestone, Camberley and Woking.

For Social Worker roles you will need to have completed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and be registered with Social Work England. We recognise there will be exceptions to this so please speak to us if you are in anydoubt.


For Senior Social Worker roles, substantial post qualification professional experience as a Social Worker would also be required. Experience of providing professional supervision (can include to unqualified and/or non-professional supervision)would be desirable but not essential.
