PRIVATE BANKING ASSOCIATE
Are you looking to step into the world of Private Banking? Do you have a passion to develop and build client relationships? Are you looking to grow and develop in a business that will invest in you?


As a Private Banking Associate, you will work as part of the Private Banking team assisting our Private Bankers to develop client relationships.

This is a full time, permanent role based at our offices in Wellingborough between the hours of Monday to Friday, 09:
Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 at home can be allowed after your training period is completed)


WHY JOIN US?
We are looking to offer a salary of between £27,000 and £28,500 per annum DOE. In addition, you will receive 25 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays).

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Liaise with clients, communicating the current proposition and product offering, executing their instructions to an exemplary standard
  • Develop relationships with Private Banking clients to understand their potential banking needs
  • Set up all types of new client accounts and account administration, including client transfers, debit card ordering and maintenance, excess reporting
  • Monitor lending deals to ensure the relevant and appropriate security is in place, including the management of bad and doubtful debts
  • Instigate debt recovery activities and coordinate with appointed officers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • We know most adverts say this, but it really is important that you have excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contacts for our clients both verbally and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines, our client put their trust us to deliver exceptional customer service and knowledge every time
  • A sound understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel will be needed to undertake this role
  • Previous experience within banking would be advantageous
