- Onboarding and induction of new starters
- Co Ordinating reward and recognition packages
- Offer a good understanding of company policies
- Creating and uploading information to the internal database
- Have a good understanding of the Payroll system
- Be able to commute to Manchester on a daily basis
- Organise engagement surveys and professional accreditations
- Acting as the main point of contact for the HR inbox
Job skills required for the Administrator
- Previous experience working in administration is required
- Educated to at least GSCE level with grades C and above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Effective communicator with good organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
