Hub Box is looking for a Front Of House to join the Dorchester team.

Serving up burgers, dogs, fries, cocktails & craft beer in the heart of Brewery Square.

Our Team:


  • Great all guests with a warm & welcoming attitude and strive to give them the best service possible
  • Ability to flex your great hospitality skills between the restaurant floor and on the bar, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant are looked after.
  • Prepare, prepare & prepare the bar for all the magic to happen with brilliance & speed during service
  • Make drinks & serve food to the Hub Box specs always & without waste
  • Ensure the bar and floor is beautifully stocked & replenished
  • Adhere to all food safety & quality nonnegotiables
  • Maintain a sparkly clean work area, disposing of the right things in the right places, & washing glasses, utensils & equipment
