Are you an enthusiastic administrator with prior experience working within Higher Education? Would you like to use your excellent communication skills and organisational skills in your next role? Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to work with our client, a prestigious London University, as an Admissions and Exams Administrator.

This 4 month role is to start immediately and is a full-time, temporary role with the benefit of hybrid working


As an Administrator you will be providing expert support to the Senior Assessment Officer in maintaining portfolio and placement records for students.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include supporting and address admissions inquiries promptly, scheduling classes and exams efficiently and coordinating interview logistics.

The Admissions and Exams Administrator will also be responsible for sending invitations to applicants, managing document distribution, formatting exam papers accurately and handling miscellaneous tasks as needed.
