Description
The thing when you're niche, you need to be the best at what you do. Luckily, this business is elite and their name precedes them. Who wouldn't want to be part of that?

You'll be coming in as the right-hand person to the Managing Director. This is a small team with a huge network and support around them. You'll be instrumental in pulling the strings to make things happen. Often, you'll be all things to all people. So working smart, passionately and to the best of your ability is key here.

You're going to be joining an agent, a facilitator, you're in the middle ground. The business is responsible for selling some major CAPEX into the print and packaging sector.

Around you, you have the support of your colleagues and working alongside the MD who's been doing this for many years (and now needs support) but you've got so many, external stakeholders.

You have suppliers, customers, installers, and engineers all wanting and needing your attention. Meticulous in organisation, timekeeping and communication is huge.

For the business, this is a huge hire.

The MD will be entrusting you with a proportion of the workload, whilst mentoring and leading you, the Product Support Specialist into the role and fulfilling your potential.

There's going to be an opportunity for progression, for development and for you to really make a name for yourself.

First of all though, it all starts with your attitude and behavior.

Open to sector, although it would be ideal if you had some packaging, print or CAPEX knowledge already, it's much more important that there's a connection on culture, attitude and behaviors.

You'll not be bored in this role. You'll be busy doing a magnitude of things, sometimes all at the same time. Buckle in...

The main crux of the role will be to act as the product support. That means being the liaison between suppliers, customers and end engineers. You'll be at the heart of the coordination of order, process, delivery, and installation. Then there's after-sales and the enabling that continued support post-installation.

Away from live projects, you'll be the face of the business and working with inbound inquiries, referrals from the industry, event work, and networking.

If this is ticking your boxes in regards to what you're looking for next, then please get in touch, we would love to tell you all about the role, the business and the opportunity.
