Maintenance Plumber

Manchester Centre

£18ph + Weekly Pay

12 weeks work - Permanent afterwards

The Role

  • Working with a large main contractor on a University completing all aspects of maintenance work to student accommodation and university
  • Also, may work on projects such as kitchen installs and refurbishment
  • This work is going to be a permanent position so would be suited to someone looking for a secure placement
  • Van & Fuel will be provided

Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid CSCS required
  • Clean Driving License required
  • Recent workbased references required
  • Asbestos Awareness & Manual Handling
  • Can do both courses online if you don't have them
  • Previous maintenance background
  • Transport & Tools

How to Apply

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Plumbing: 3 years (preferred)
  • Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
