From planning, all the way through to onboarding and induction, we strive to support clients to the whole recruitment process.

We're looking for a HR Administration to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Updating HR documents and employee records
  • Overseeing employee relations
  • Answering HRrelated queries/employee queries
  • Monitoring HR metrics and creating regular reports
  • Maintaining all documents related to personnel administration new hires, leavers, absence
  • Administration of personnel files in compliance with the company policies and UK legislation
  • Supervising the onboarding / off boarding process
  • Liaising with the payroll and finance department for monthly salary operations
  • Collecting relevant employee information
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Coordinating expo operations with travel department, flights, accommodations, etc.
  • General tasks in support of the HR department
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Turkish is a plus
- +2 years recruitment or HR experience

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong MS office skills including outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • HR Administration experience is a plus
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Position located in London and it isn't suitable for remote working
  • Having a right to work in the UK is essential

Experience:

Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
