We are currently looking for an experienced
Sales & Service Team Leader to join and lead our friendly Blocks team based from Tarmac's i10 offices at Wolverhampton in the heart of the West Midlands.

Role Responsibility:

In the role of
Sales & Service Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-Day supervisory management of the Sales and Service team
  • Communicating goals and deadlines, planning workloads/delegating tasks
  • Motivate, coach and develop the capabilities of the team
  • Effectively manage and drive performance against agreed KPIs set by the Sales & Service Manager
  • Provide excellent, best in class, customer service experience
  • To act as the first point of supervisory contact for all orders, telephone enquiries, queries and complaints that cannot be resolved by the Internal team
  • Supporting the overall sales plan and the commercial team to ensure that customer service is delivered from the first point of contact through to delivery
  • Previous supervisory or management experience essential
  • Proven track record in Customer Service and Commercial environments
  • Comfortable with challenge and accountability
  • Hybrid working management experience
  • Selfmotivated with excellent communication skills and resilience
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and empower the team and customers to deliver on set goals
  • High standard of Customer Service, instilling the same expectations in your team
