Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Association in the Oxford area who are looking for a brand new Voids Lead to join their team covering all Voids projects across the Oxford area.

They are looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor / Senior Voids Supervisor to manage a team of operatives covering all Voids maintenance across the Oxford area.

Duties:

To supervise and manage on a day to day basis the operation of the voids reservicing / refurbishment service.
Ensure that the work undertaken by operatives and subcontractors is satisfactorily completed within the cost and priority constraints of the contract.
Assist in the monitoring of financial and KPI management reports.
To coordinate the allocation and distribution of work to operatives and subcontractors, monitoring progress and completion of works.
Liaise with clients ensuring satisfaction and expectations are met.
Carry out on site and post inspections of work, to ensure that work has been carried out to satisfactory standards, recording details of findings and taking remedial action where failings are identified.

Key Knowledge:

Previous Social Housing Supervisor experience required
Experience of working with a Local Authority Client with management experience of a similar operation in a busy customer focused repairs service environment
Full UK Driving License
IT Literate
